I skipped my december anime report... I barely watched anything in december so it felt a bit useless to write about it. I'm now more up to date!

Mahou Tsukai Pretty Cure! (2016, 50 episodes)
Finally finished Mahou Tsukai Pretty Cure! I had a lot of episodes to catch up with. I'll write a more detailed review about it soon! In short: I liked a lot of elements of this season: the magical world setting, most characters, the character designs, the mascots were adorable... I think this season had a lot of potential! Unfortunately the story was chaotic and the villains were very bland and uninteresting. I think this season could have been so much better if the story had been planned better. I did love episode 49, I thought it was a really sweet ending. It was fun seeing the Pretty Cure grown up like that. That said, episode 50 was a mess, I really wish they hadn't done that.
Rating: 6.5
Gakuen Handsome (2016, 12 episodes)
I think this was a very entertaining watch for an anime with only 12 30-minute episodes. The animation and story is hilariously bad, the characters' actions and reactions are just so stupid and funny. If you're looking for something quick and funny to watch, this is a great start. Just look at this.
Rating: 7
Classicaloid (2016, 25 episodes)
I still have to catch up with the newer episodes... Still fun though! Can't believe the MAL rating is so low.
Udon no Kuni no Kiniro Kemari (2016, 12 episodes)
Only a few episodes left to watch! I'm sure I'll finish it this month! This anime is so cute, I just love it. The animation style and setting is also really nice. It still reminds me a bit of Amaama to Inazuma, but I'm liking this even more. The characters are just so much fun and I just love this type of slice-of-life. I wonder how it will end though!
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (2006, 26 episodes)
Recently I had been reading the manga again, so I finally decided to watch the anime again, it's been so long since the last time I watched it, I forgot most of the anime! Higurashi is my favorite horror anime and manga~ I've only watched like 2 episodes so far, but it's already creepy and entertaining. I already know what's going to happen, but it's still fun... I wonder how creepy it'll be compared to the manga!
Gals! (1999, 10 volumes)
I wanted to read this manga again, it's one of my favorites! I love the art style, the fashion and all the characters. I also just love the gyaru-culture... It has lots of humor, but also deals with serious situations, it has the right balance~ I just love it.
Kira Kira Pretty Cure A La Mode (2017, 50 episodes)
Only watched the first episode so far, but I loved it! Ichika seems like a great main character and I also love the baking theme. Also, Cure Whip looks adorable! I can't wait for the other characters to get introduced~ I have high hopes for this eason!

Healin' Good Precure ~Updates~
Hi everyone~ It's been a while since my last post and I'm a bit late with this, but there's been news about Healin' Good Precure! After episode 12 (which aired April 19th) the season went on hiatus because of Covid-19 after which they started re-airing the earlier episodes. But! This Sunday we'll finally be back to new episodes as they will return to schedule! However it's still unknown if they will shorten the season (so next year the new season can start on time) or if they'll do the full season and have the new season start later in the year from now on. If they shorten it they'll miss 9 episodes I think? Personally, I think they could do without those probably as there's always going to be filler. But then again, nine is a lot. And then we have new information about the new Cure that will be joining the Healin' Good girls! It'll probably be a while before we see her in the show because of the hiatus, but we have some info and new images: Here we have Asumi Fuurin aka Cure

Thoughts on Healin Good Precure ep1
Hi everyone~
It's already the 17th season, I can't believe Pretty Cure has been running this long... Yesterday the first episode of Healin' Good Pretty Cure aired! So I'm writing a thoughts post! I'm still working on my review for Star Twinkle Pretty Cure, it's coming soon ^^
So this first episode introduces us to our new main character Nodoka. We're shown she's a kind and extremely helpful person, we also find out that her health isn't the best. She has just moved to a new town with her parents. While exploring the town she helps out various people and shortly meets Chiyu and Hinata.
Meanwhile the mascots, Latte, Rabirin, Pegitan and Nyat

So we've got new information again about Healin Good Pretty Cure! I feel like all the reveals are happening so quickly this year, I definitely wasn't expecting them all so soon.
