Skull Sweetie Adoptable 01 CLOSED

I've decided to make my own 'Closed Species'~ I've been wanting to do this for a while. A closed species basically means I'm the only who can design these type of characters!

About this Species:
Skull Sweeties are beings with magical powers. They look like humans, except their skin is decorated with colorful tattoos. They also have one or two horns, which are also decorated. Some Skull Sweeties is are born without horns. Every Skull Sweetie is born with a decorative tattoo around their left eye. As they grow older more tattoos will appear, until they are adults. Every Skull Sweetie has different sort of powers, and are able to use spells. As they grow older their magic also grows stronger.
